I built Atomic Census from my experience as a successful Executive Director—and from a lesson I learned early in my career at Nordstrom, long before I entered senior living: sales is service. Census works when leadership owns it. Atomic Census equips Executive Directors to lead occupancy performance through operational excellence and service-driven leadership, so growth becomes consistent, repeatable, and real.
